The lovely Rohrboden barbecue area is on the edge of the forest below the Gätterli Pass leading towards Lauerz and is surrounded by meadows.
It is the perfect place for either hikers or families to enjoy a well-earned sausage after a hike in the Gätterli Pass/Rigi Burggeist region. The Rohrboden barbecue area can be reached on foot from the Gätterli Pass in about 10 minutes. You can reach the barbecue site by car from Lauerz.
